Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-24-v2 · Effective September 24, 2026

Who provides the service

Tech-Gibberish is a product operated by Mike Cinkan in Pennsylvania, United States. Contact info@tech-gibberish.com for support, billing or privacy requests. These Terms govern the customer application. Service is offered to U.S. customers at launch.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the service and submit information for yourself or your company. An administrator purchasing for a company must have authority to bind it. Use a separate named account for each person; do not share credentials or bypass seat, session, security or trial controls. Keep account and billing details accurate. Administrators manage their company's users and can access and export company reports and saved conversations.

Your content and professional responsibility

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give us limited permission to process, store and display it to provide, secure, support and improve Tech-Gibberish as described in the Privacy Notice. Obtain permission to submit customer and job details, photographs or recordings. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. Do not submit payment card numbers, government ID numbers or unrelated sensitive personal information in job notes.

AI can make mistakes, omit details or suggest incorrect actions. Review every report and recommendation against the actual work and findings before using or sharing it. You remain responsible for professional judgment, safe work, required permits, codes, manufacturer instructions and customer communication. Generated content does not certify equipment condition, completed work, safety or code compliance. Do not rely on the app for emergencies.

Trial and subscriptions

The free trial includes 15 successful report generations per eligible user and never automatically charges a card. A company trial includes one administrator and one technician. Re-generating a successful report uses another generation. Paid plans include unlimited reports, subject to named seats and reasonable security and rate controls. Individual service is $29 per month for one user. Company service is $24 per seat per month for 2–10 seats, including the administrator, with a $48 monthly minimum. Prices are in U.S. dollars; applicable tax is shown at checkout. Larger accounts require a separate quote.

You choose and authorize a paid subscription separately at checkout. The first payment starts paid access. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Review the price, seats, tax, billing interval and total before confirming payment. We will give reasonable advance notice of price or material subscription changes before they apply to a renewal; you may cancel before then. We will not charge a changed amount without any consent required by law.

Purchases through Paddle

For purchases completed through Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Paddle handles payment, transaction taxes and billing support for those purchases. The seller and purchase terms are identified at checkout. Paddle purchases are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. Tech-Gibberish provides the application and product support. Paid checkout is not yet available.

Cancellation, refunds and closure

Use Account → Manage payment and subscription to cancel renewal, or contact support if you cannot access it. Ordinary cancellation keeps paid access through the current paid period. The Refund and Cancellation Policy describes first-payment refunds, billing errors and access changes. Canceling a subscription or removing a technician does not close the company account or delete company-owned work.

An administrator can export company work and request explicit account closure after subscriptions have ended and open checkouts have expired. Closure ends account access for everyone in that company. Saved work is scheduled for deletion from active storage 90 days after closure, subject to legal holds and applicable earlier deletion rights. The Privacy Notice explains separate billing, audit and backup retention.

Availability and acceptable use

We work to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, provider outages and failures can interrupt it. No uninterrupted availability or particular AI result is promised. Keep copies of records you need. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, distribute harmful code, probe other customers' data or disrupt the service. We may restrict access promptly to protect security, prevent abuse or comply with law. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. If we permanently discontinue prepaid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide a proportionate refund for the unused prepaid period.

Rights and resolving problems

Please contact support so we can try to resolve problems. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right, remedy, warranty or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law determines liability and available remedies. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class actions or prevent access to an applicable court or small-claims process.

We will identify material changes and request a new agreement where appropriate. The version you accept is recorded and retained. A privacy notice explains data practices; agreeing to these Terms does not authorize unrelated marketing or unrestricted reuse of your data.
