Refund and Cancellation Policy
Version 2026-09-24-v2 · Effective September 24, 2026
First subscription payment
Request a refund of your first subscription payment within seven days of that payment by emailing info@tech-gibberish.com from your account email. Include enough information to identify the subscription; do not email full card details. An approved first-payment refund also cancels renewal and ends paid report generation. Saved work remains subject to the account and retention rules.
Purchases through Paddle
For a purchase completed through Paddle, the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms also apply. Our seven-day first-payment offer does not limit rights under those policies or applicable law. Paddle may grant refunds under its own policy, including discretionary requests made within 14 days of a transaction; such a request does not guarantee approval. You can request billing help, cancellation or a refund using the support link on your receipt or Paddle buyer support. Tech-Gibberish support remains available at the email above.
Later payments and billing errors
Renewals are normally nonrefundable for a partially used period. Contact us about duplicate charges, billing mistakes or a service problem so we can review the circumstances. Applicable refund rights remain available regardless of this policy. Refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported; your payment provider determines when the credit appears.
Canceling renewal
Open Account → Manage payment and subscription to cancel. If that option is unavailable, email support for help. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal and keeps paid generation available until the current paid period ends. It does not issue a refund automatically. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge.
Free trial and account closure
The free trial does not automatically become a paid subscription and never automatically charges a card. A first-payment refund does not restart a used free trial. Account closure is a separate administrator action after billing has ended. Export any work you need first; the 90-day closure retention policy is explained in the Privacy Notice.
